Legal Division

This department was established with the founding of the college in 2014 and is specialized in following up on legal affairs in the college related to the legal and administrative aspects:

Division objectives

- Providing legal protection for the college and defending it before the court when a lawsuit is filed against it
- Representing the college before the courts and judicial bodies in a way that guarantees its rights and duties
- Achieving justice among all college members in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and instructions

Main tasks

Statement of the legal opinion on issues referred by the Dean of the College and on various topics and expressing the legal opinion for all sections and divisions of the College
Participate in all investigative committees formed in the college, prepare their records, and present them to the university presidency
Participation in the Student Discipline Committee formed in the college in accordance with the Student Discipline Instructions in Scientific Education Institutions No. (160 of 2007)
