Studies and Planning Division

The Division of Studies and Planning is linked to the Office of the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs at the College and the Department of Studies and Planning at the University Presidency. It performs a strategic mission by providing data and statistics about the College in addition to drawing long-term strategic plans, as it is distinguished by the presence of comprehensive statistics and data for all the college’s formations. The admission plan for students is drawn up for each academic year according to the requirements of the labor market, in addition to creating departments to advance reality, keep pace with development, and meet society’s need for cadres and specialists in various branches of science and knowledge. The division consists of three main administrative units: the Planning Unit - the Statistics Unit - the Data and Informatics Unit.

Striving diligently to develop the college’s performance in all its scientific and administrative aspects to achieve the best levels of development by setting goals and future plans, following up on their implementation, developing strategies, and defining unified frameworks for work that are compatible with the challenges of the times.

Based on the vision of the Division of Studies and Planning to keep pace with development and advance all aspects and formations of the scientific and administrative college, the Division of Studies and Planning seeks to determine the goals to be achieved for the college in general and its components in particular and to prepare future plans, statistics, and annual reports.

Objectives:
Contributing to the preparation and implementation of the college’s annual scientific and research plans.
Contributing to the preparation, implementation and follow-up of strategic plans.
Preparing statistical reports on the scientific activities of the college’s departments.
Follow up on updating the curricula in line with scientific development and labor market requirements and to achieve sustainable development of the university.
Studying the proposals and studies necessary to develop scientific formations in the college.
Preparing the organizational structural joints in the college formations.
Work on developing a system for describing administrative, technical, and scientific jobs (job descriptions) in the college.
