I discussed a master’s thesis at the College of Law and Political Science at Kirkuk University: The idea of purpose in the law of civil procedure / a comparative study

The thesis submitted by the student: Nawras Walid Khaled aimed to shed light on the view of modern procedural legal thought, as it made the idea of the purpose of the procedure a deeper idea than adherence to the procedural form, and to study the means that achieve the goal in the judicial procedure and keep up with the position of Iraqi law and comparative laws on this subject.
The thesis concluded that the purpose is one of the modern methods invented by modern procedural laws, as it occupies the pinnacle in the historical and legislative development of the theory of invalidity in procedural laws, and that the idea of the purpose helps in enhancing justice and integrity in judicial work by focusing on the desired purpose and not deviating from the purpose. Determined and stipulated by law.
