Al-Hawija College of Agriculture organized a workshop on the Health System of Official Documents and the Adoption of Electronic Governance System.

The College of Agriculture in Al-Hawija, University of Kirkuk, organized a workshop titled "Issuance of Books and Official Documents and the Adoption of Electronic Governance System," with the participation of the dean, faculty members, and students of the college.

The workshop included a lecture delivered by Mr. Hawar Swaid Ahmed, which highlighted the process of creating and adding Quick Response (QR) access codes to each book and official document. This allows citizens to retain and present them to the relevant departments, enabling direct access through this code without the need for physical processing of the document's validity.
