The College of Agriculture/Hawija at Kirkuk University organized a symposium entitled “Parasitic bushes, their importance, reproduction, and method of combating them,” with the participation of the dean, employees, and students of the college.
The symposium included two topics, in which both parties focused on identifying harmful jungles and their various effects on the environment and humans, and working to find solutions to control their growth and prevent them from spreading. Specialists confirmed that avoiding the negative effects of the spread of jungles contributes directly to increasing the productivity of various agricultural crops.
