English Documents required to apply for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2025
1- Bring a graduation confirmation document or letter stating the student’s average, sequence, and the average of the first graduating student in the batch to the department (for the first and second rounds and for the morning and evening studies). In the event that there is no evening study, this should be mentioned and addressed to (University of Kirkuk, College of Education for Pure Sciences/Graduate Studies) for For applicants to obtain a master’s degree.
2 - A letter of non-objection from the applicant’s department containing the following statement (the employee’s department’s non-objection to apply for postgraduate studies for the academic year 2024-2024 and the study leave grant if accepted) addressed to our college with a service summary.
3- When nominated to study during employment or assignment, the non-objection shall be in the form of (no objection to study during the period of employment or assignment at private expense.
4- The applicant’s electronic application form is an original copy + two colored copies.
5 - Certificate of passing English language proficiency + computer proficiency + Arabic language proficiency (original copies + color copies (3) of each certificate).
6- Written pledge form for security clearances + (2) colored copies
7 - Application forms (500) (501) (504) (506) containing the applicant’s personal photo. It is not permissible to cross out or ink in white.
8 - Form (502) for candidates who are martyrs’ families and is authenticated by the relevant authorities indicated in the form.
9- Form (503) for political prisoner candidates, certified by the relevant authorities indicated on the form.
10- Form (700) for candidates covered by the Law on Compensation for Those Affected by War Operations, Military Mistakes, and Terrorist Operations, certified by the relevant authorities indicated in the form.
11- Form (600) for candidates covered by the People with Disabilities and Special Needs Law, certified by the concerned authorities indicated on the form.
12- Two colored copies of identification documents (exclusively the national card + housing card + ration card + father’s identity card)
13- (6) personal photos of the applicant with a white background.
14 - Attach all the documents mentioned above in transparent nylon (2) and placed in a green file.
15 - CD number (2) containing all the documents and papers mentioned above.
Note: No file will be received if there is any deficiency in the required documents.
