A brief summary about the library and its tasks:

The library of Kirkuk Medical College was established in 2005. It has textbooks of different medical specializations, and different journals. There is always seeking for gaining of journals from other Iraqi Medical Colleges. It composed of two systems of borrowing: internal and external borrowing systems. The Internal one, means during the time of presence of students in the college, while the external one is for three days only. The library also contains a hall for reading.

Library’s tasks:

1 Indexing the textbooks and sorting them, through entering the data by using of excel system to facilitate the borrowing process for the students and the teaching staff.

2- Put the titles of the references online through using of the college electronic administration system.
