Human Resources
It is the division concerned with personnel matters and their administrative orders, including promotion, transfer and appointment, that includes several departments headed by a division chief and followed by a number of employees. The staff of the College of Law reaches (112) employees on permanent staff and includes (68) instructors (45) employees and employees on permanent staff.
As for the tasks of the Human Resources Division, the most important of which are: -
1- Answer all the books mentioned in the college except for the sections (registration, scientific and legal).
2- Editing and printing all answers for all people, including the mail of the assistants, with the exception of the mail of the two divisions (registration and scientific).
3- The issuance of printed books after being signed by the Dean and photocopy of the outgoing mail in order to keep in the personal files of all people except for registration.
4- Supplying all the books mentioned in the college and distributing them to departments and divisions after their photocopy if the book means more than one department or department in the college.
5- Following up the leave forms for the faculty members and employees, both satisfactory and regular.
6 - Preparing the employee attendance form at the end of each month indicating “attendance, absence, regular and sick leaves.”
7- Issuance of medical clinics.
8- Following up the files of all affiliates, maintaining them and completing their deficiencies.
9- Issuing administrative orders for sending teachers and employees.
10- Issuing orders for the committees in the college and distributing them to the committee chairman and members.
11- Issuing the schedule of the civil defense services and distributing it to the people in the college, and following up the police services directly by the director of the division.
12- Photocopying the outgoing mail for the purpose of preserving it in the personal files and archives, as well as for the sender to whom a copy of the issued book
13- Follow up on the members ’entitlement to annual bonuses and issue administrative orders related to that.
14- Follow-up of the affiliates' entitlement to promotion and submit it to the presidency of the university with a summary of service by the director of the division being a member of the Central Committee for Promotion in the University Presidency
15- Automating all associate files (employees and instructors) and continuing to renew them.
