Dr. Ahmed Samir Mohammed, a lecturer at the Faculty of law and political science at the University of Kirkuk, published a scientific research entitled: The implications of the legal implications of reasoning and practical words in writing a civil judicial judgment (an analytical study) in the British Journal Ecohumanism classified as scoops Q2. The lecturer stated that the research dealt with addressing the negative effects facing the judiciary when causing the operative judicial judgment and writing it in the procedural system at the local and comparative levels, and trying to come up wiat a comprehensive comprehensive theory on the legal organization of the reasons and operative in writing a civil judicial judgment.
