About the division:
The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division was established and carried out its duties in the college on 11/17/2014. It is administratively linked to the Dean of the College, and its administrative structure includes a number of sub-units with their own tasks, which are the Quality Assurance Unit, the Performance Evaluation Unit, and the Laboratory Accreditation Unit.

We, the Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division, believe that quality is an integrated work system that reflects the maturity of senior management to improve performance. Our primary goal is to ensure the existence of an academic environment that adopts international standards for university work, through performance evaluation, holding workshops and seminars, preparing reports, and disseminating a culture of quality, in order to achieve global requirements and our needs. Basic principles, enhancing quality practices and providing pioneering business models.
Division objectives:
The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division seeks to achieve a set of basic and developmental objectives, which emerge from the nature of the Division’s work and its vision to reflect the development of quality practices in the college, including adopting academic accreditation standards, spreading a culture of quality, building functional capabilities, and developing work systems.
Division tasks:
1. Follow up on filling out the annual academic files to evaluate the performance of university leaders, teachers and employees, and the college’s general performance file and submit them to the university.
2. Activating the role of quality culture and trying to spread it through holding seminars and development courses in the college
3. Opening and creating records for teachers and employees and documenting their CVs electronically.
4. Communicating with the university presidency/quality assurance department through meetings, committees, and participation in courses, seminars, workshops, and everything related to quality and quality assurance activities.
5. Propose committees, in consultation with the college dean, on everything related to quality assurance, performance evaluation, and academic and laboratory accreditation.
6. Preparing a number of files: the national classification file for the quality of Iraqi universities, the institutional performance evaluation of the colleges, the qualitative standards and quantitative indicators manual file, the laboratory quality classification, the self-evaluation report for the scientific departments, a description of the department’s academic program and the course description for teachers, and the environment and sustainability GREEN MATRAX., And the file of indicators and standards for the standards of the Association of Arab Universities, and others.
