About the division:
The Human Resources Division consists of the Division Director and a number of employees on permanent staff or contracts, and a group of units affiliated with the Division, including (the Identity Unit, the Records Unit, the Retirement Unit, and the Database Unit).
Division tasks:
The Administrative Division completes all job transactions related to the employee, such as bonuses, promotions, change of address, retirement transactions, etc., in addition to its other work, such as the outgoing mail that comes from one formation to another formation and is carried out by a specialized employee with the receipt of incoming mail that comes from other external formations, as well as About electronic archiving of college mail and documents, along with archiving and indexing all administrative and personal files in the relevant department.
Division achievements:
1- Indexing all administrative files, classifying them, and placing special numbers for each division on the books issued by the formation, such as administrative, scientific, legal, and accounting files as well, so that the books do not overlap with each other and there is coordination among them to achieve our administrative goal.
2- Indexing personal and administrative files in their sequence according to an approved form.
3- Verify the issuance of all documents and certificates in the employee’s file that he obtained.
4- Conduct statistics on the numbers of employees and classify them according to their certificates, grades, and stages.
5- Create a database for the administration in terms of full name, title, birth, date of appointment, direct first, grade, stage, certificate, specialty, year of graduation, date of placement and transfer.
6- Preparing statistics on the number of people assigned to and from the formation.
7- Conduct a statistic on the number of transferees to and from the formation.
8- Documenting the decision to confirm the age of each employee in the formation.
9- Completion of annual bonus and promotion transactions, each according to their entitlement
10- Create job numbers for each employee in the formation
11- Fill out forms for residential plots of land for those included in the formation employees
12- Completing retirement transactions for our college’s teachers and employees.
13- In addition to all the above work and activities, at the end of each year, all records for the year are inventoried, and each year is sealed with its year as an export or import record, classified according to each month or year.
