About the division:
The Scientific Affairs Division was established in the College of Arts in 2014 and seeks to develop its work by introducing a computer system and supplying it with various specializations of qualified employees to benefit from their expertise in developing the division. It seeks to collect information from the scientific departments about books and data sent from the university, and follow up on matters related to the answers. About books sent by the university.
Division objectives:

11. Monitoring examination halls for teachers.
12. Forming committees for officials in the examination hall sector.
13. Forming a committee to provide services and assistance to government departments and institutions in Kirkuk Governorate.
14. Forming a research research committee in scientific departments.
15. Forming committees to prepare the College of Arts guide.
16. Forming a committee to welcome new students to the college.
Second: Other tasks:
1. Follow up on preliminary studies with their units and hours.
2. Updating information for all scientific departments.
3. Providing the structure of all scientific departments.
4. Sending invitations to conferences, seminars, and departmental seminars to the university.
5. Facilitating the task of teaching staff in all universities and centers.
6. Collecting the activities of the scientific departments in our college annually and sending them to the university presidency.
