Allow me to congratulate you for the new academic year 2019-2020, wishing from God almighty a happy academic year for everyone that's full of giving, potentials, dedication and sincerity in the work and to remain both loyal and devoted in our hard work to raise this college and achieve its goals and mission to serve our beloved country.

Undergraduate study is reflected through a close relationship between the professor and the student, as well as the practice of various student activities, all which increase the expertise, enhance the talents, expand the knowledge and develop the perceptions. Throughout the scientific process, our college have witnessed many achievements, creations and innovations that were represented in scientific, artistic and cultural activities, like conferences, scientific and discussion seminars, workshops, fine art exhibitions, sabbatical leave, training of teaching staff and publishing in journals with influence factors …… etc.

We should all respect the time, the science and the work, and we should hold accountability to one another in order to build a generation we look forward to in the near future in the agricultural field. Everyone should strive to what is new in the progress of the college in the scientific, administrative, technical, service and security aspects and for us to be one team. What has been achieved for this college today, gives us the responsibility for the preservation and upgradation. Today, I extend to you a greeting full of respect and appreciation to everyone who contributed and offers what is new in drawing the march of this college, the college council, teaching staff, associates and to our dear students who have persevered and worked hard to raise the name of their college up high. Wishing the Almighty to protect you and serve you in the service of the educational process in our beloved Iraq, to our university and its scientific edifices with progress and prosperity.
