The President of the University of Kirkuk participates in the meeting of the Opinion Committee of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.

In the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Nabil Kadhim Abdul-Sahib, the President of the University of Kirkuk, Prof.dr. Sabah Ahmed Ismail, participated on Thursday in the first meeting of the Opinion committee of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research during the current year 2021.
