The study included isolating and diagnosing the bronchial bacterial species of tonsillitis, studying the sensitivity of some isolates that would indicate the optimal treatment line, measuring some of the dummy variables in patients with acute and chronic tonsillitis and measuring some of the immunological variables because of their role in regulating the immune response of infection such as TNF -a, IL-10, FGA, C4, C3.
The Gram-positive bacteria were more common for tonsillitis than negative bacteria with increased Moraxella Catarrlis-negative bacteria. The study also showed significant cellular cytotoxicity (IL-10) in patients with chronic tonsillitis and increased tumor necrosis factor (alpha-alpha).
She recommended that the treatment of tonsils in the stages of initial injury to prevent the non-eradication where previous studies have indicated a link between the removal of tonsils and a wide range of non-diseases.
