Faculty of Arts evaluates Carnival art

Under the patronage and presence of the President of the University of Kirkuk Prof. Dr. Abbas Hassan Taqi under the supervision of the Dean of the Faculty of Arts Assistant Professor Dr. Saad Alwan Hassan, organized the Department of Arabic language in the college art festival and theatrical presentation in cooperation with the Directorate of school activity in the Directorate General of Education in Kirkuk with the participation of a number of teachers and students.


The head of the Arabic language department Dr. Salwa Jarjis said that the carnival witnessed a number of events, including the establishment of a theater play entitled "Al Watan Street", which expresses the suffering of the unemployed young Iraqi, and his continuous search for work and stability, as well as the opening of a library in the Department of Arabic Language.The carnival also witnessed the opening of the charity market for handicrafts and Iraqi cuisine, with proceeds to go to the hospital of pediatric leukemia patients.play01
