The letter included determining the prevalence of cholitis in the city of Kirkuk, the most common type of gallbladder associated with it and analysis of its chemical components.The study concluded that the prevalence of gallbladder disease was 91.66% and was more common among females 87.87% than males 12.12%. 85 isolates of different species and bacterial species were isolated, 52 isolates belonging to Gram negative bacteria and 33 isolates to Gram positive bacteria.
