The Master Thesis at the Faculty of Science at the University of Kirkuk discussed a scientific study on bacterial and immunological study for patients with tonsillitis in Kirkuk governorate, measuring the concentration of DNA in kidney patients and studying their drug interactions, by student Lana Khaled Othman.

The letter included determination of serum levels of biochemical relationships in chronic renal failure patients undergoing dialysis, and evaluation of genetic DNA damage in patients with renal failure time. The study concluded that there is a strong relationship between many variables and chronic renal failure, the most important of which is the high concentration of urea, creatine and urek lion for patients, and that the concentration of whole blood DNA is higher than serum concentration, and that there is an inverse relationship between the concentration of DNA and the concentration of the lion. The researcher recommended studying the effects of renal failure on gout patients, the relationship between renal failure and viral hepatitis and studying the effects of chronic renal failure that may lead to kidney cancer.lana
