The Master Thesis at the Faculty of Science at the University of Kirkuk discussed a scientific study on the purification of acetylcholinestriase enzyme and its relationship with some life variables in the vaccines of leukemia.

The letter included the measurement of the effectiveness of Acetylcholine Acrylase (AchE), which is related to the analysis of neurotransmitters or the transmission of various nerve signals, and evaluation of the level of fat (V.LDL, LDL, HDL, TG, CHO) in the blood vessels of the infected and compared with the healthy, As well as knowledge of gel filtration technique and electrical migration technique. The study found that there was a decrease in the effectiveness of acetylcholinesterase in patients with leukemia, and that the approximate molecular weight of the AchE was about 1737800 using a G-200 gel.The researcher recommended the need to isolate other enzymes related to leukemia, and study the effect of other diseases on the effectiveness of the enzyme acetylcholinesterase.vian master
