A Master's Thesis at the Faculty of Law and Political Science at the University of Kirkuk discussed privatization and its impact on the development of the idea of ​​the general facility, by researcher Heba Fadel Didan.

The study aims at explaining the impact of privatization on the development of the public utility through the motives and objectives adopted by countries in applying the concept of privatization on legal basis and sound principles, as well as the factors that contribute to the success of the privatization process and benefiting from it in the development of all sectors of the country and addressing obstacles to its success.The study recommended the need to issue a law to privatize and create the necessary environment for them and identify the projects and sectors included in the privatization plans according to adequate feasibility studies, as well as avoid privatizing public sector projects of strategic and sovereign importance to the state.The researcher obtained a master's degree in public law with a degree of excellence after extensive discussions with the judging committee and the discussion.heba thedan01
