He discussed the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Kirkuk Master thesis about the effect of spraying dates of amino acids on the characteristics of quality and baking varieties of wheat bread researcher Dlaor Dilshad Ali.


The study aimed to evaluate and determine the effect of spray amino acids in different dates on ten different varieties of wheat bread to determine the most superior varieties and qualities of grain quality recipes for baking wheat.The study found that the wheat and the quality of grain and flour crops improved by spraying amino acids, especially in the flowering stage as demonstrated by improved quality attributes and qualities of baking as well as show genotypes differ significantly for all studied traits except strands of seeds vestigial ratio and the proportion of damaged seeds.delawer
