Master Thesis at the University of Kirkuk Discusses a Scientific Study on the Properties of Acid Phosphate Enzyme in Granular Granules

The Master Thesis at the Faculty of Science at the University of Kirkuk discussed a scientific study on the properties of acid phosphatase enzyme in granular granuloma, by Sara Tayfur Aziz.The thesis included the study of the characterization of acid phosphate phosphatase in the primary nodules of granular granularity and the identification of its compound properties because it is important in the release of the inorganic phosphate used by the parasites as a source of energy for growth purposes.The study concluded that the acid phosphatase enzyme in the cytoplasmic part plays a role in the hydrolysis of phosphate esters. The study showed that the acid phosphatase enzyme purified from the primary nodules of granular granularity exhibits the behavior of acidic phosphatase with the high molecular weight of the prostate gland and many microorganisms.The researcher recommended further detailed studies on other enzymes responsible for the release of inorganic phosphate and its role in the mechanisms of high energy phosphate decomposition for its importance in the cultivation of parasites.
