A master's thesis in the Faculty of Science / Physics at the University of Kirkuk discussed a scientific study on the effect of chemical solutions and their effect on the recording and scattering characteristics of the nuclear impact detectors for the student Wathab Hazem Yousef.

The thesis included the study of the effect of the type, temperature, and management of the scattering solution in the CR-39 and the calculation of the scattering variables and the activation energies of the same detector.
The researcher recommended the use of NaOH / methanol + water, NaOH / Ethanol + water in the electrochemical scattering system and for different concentrations of Ethanol and Meethanol and its effect on the threshold threshold and its use to study the side effects and parameters of alpha particles in the CR- - Length of the impact (Le-D).
