Office of the Rector
After the establishment of the University of Kirkuk on 17/1/2003, the Rector's Office was associated with the President of the University. It is a highly effective link between the university president and the different university destinations.
Office Vision
Providing administrative work in a professional, accurate and quick manner in cooperation with all departments and faculties, as required by the general interest of the University, while achieving the highest degree of satisfaction for the clients of the Office.

Providing high quality management services to be followed in the university.
Office functions
Follow up the President of the University (appointments, meetings, interviews, hospitality and press conferences).
Organizing the delivery of incoming and outgoing mail to and from the Rector.
To view the books received from the Ministry, colleges and departments before and after the marginalization of the President of the University and to refer them to the competent departments to conduct the necessary.
Follow up the affairs of the university president and his assistant when he goes to the inspection visits to the faculties and departments of the university and taking notes
And follow-up.
Insurance of telephone calls requested or received by the Rector.
Follow up any assignment entrusted to the Bureau by the Rector.
Follow up the necessary and urgent books received from the Ministry and respond to them as soon as possible by the concerned departments, and record the daily mail (received to the university presidency and issued by the departments of the university presidency).
Office units
1- The secret pen unit.
Unit functions:
A) Follow up the books (confidential and personal) received and print the books (confidential and personal) issued.
B) Writing reports, minutes of secret committees and secret university orders.
C) Follow-up of confidential books received by the government departments and institutions, recording the incoming and outgoing books in a special register (numbered in order of order) to be sent to the concerned authorities.
