Central Promotion Committee
The committee will receive the scientific findings, research and letters from the promotion applicants and then send these products to experts from different Iraqi universities according to certain contexts and according to the instructions of the Central Promotions Committee. The committee will then study the experts' opinions to show the validity of the products. If the results are positive Submit it to the Central Promotions Committee for the purpose of obtaining its approval to approve the promotion and then submit it to the university to issue the orders for promotions.
