Office of Permits and Information

Tasks and duties:

1- To contribute to maintaining order and improving the level of discipline within the university.

2 - Ensure the implementation of security and safety systems at the university.

3. Taking all measures to regulate and control the entry of individuals and vehicles to the University.

4 - Organizing the entry of cars to parking and parking in the places allocated to them.

5 - Discharge of car entry permits in accordance with the regulations in this regard.

6. Issuing university entry cards, facilities and units.

7- Issuing work permits for companies and companies in coordination with the competent authorities in the university.

8. Preparing periodic and urgent reports on permits and cards at the university.

9. Preparation and participation in emergency situations that may occur and permanent coordination with other departments and departments.

10 - Participation in organizing events and events in the university in cooperation with all relevant departments.

11. Organize a security clearance form related to (appointment, reassignment, missions, fellowships, study leave, placement, transfer of services, return of competencies, dispatches, wheel entry, equivalence and evaluation of certificate, as well as loss of identity for college students).
