Media and Public Relations Division

It is one of the important divisions within the college that takes it upon itself to publish the news and activities of the college in a correct, accurate and professional manner and present it to the audio-visual media and manage the college’s website. It is the link between the college and its external environment to introduce the college, its importance and the most important developments taking place on an ongoing basis.

Division objectives:

- Introducing the college’s mission, goals, plans, policies, and scientific, cultural, sports, and social programs, reconstruction campaigns, and all college activities at all levels.
-Introducing the college’s professors and scientists who had a prominent role in the educational process through obtaining patents and introducing their scientific achievements and writings.
-Publishing the college’s scientific, social, and sports activities (scientific conference, symposium, panel discussion, scientific discussion, external and internal workshop) on the website and the media.
-Marketing the news material after its formulation and production to various media outlets represented by (the main website of the college and university, the university satellite channel, news agencies, local newspapers and satellite channels)
- Strengthening communication between the college, universities and other organizations to keep pace with development, exchange benefits, and employ the college’s outputs to serve the community.
-Organizing workshops for relevant ministries and institutions.
-Introducing the work and outputs of the college and communicating with graduate students.
The importance of the work of media divisions and units and the role they play in disseminating news, which affects raising the university or college’s ranking in the global classification, as the classification for media was adopted at 70 degrees and scientific research at 30 degrees after the opposite was the standard for raising the level of university classification.
