It was established with the founding of the college in 2014 and seeks to collect information from the scientific departments about books and data sent from the university. It also focuses on the activities of the scientific departments in the college in terms of the college’s teaching participation in seminars and the publication of research, everything related to the scientific departments. In addition to these tasks, the scientific departments are carried out by uncles. The books received from the university presidency in the scientific departments are preserved. At the same time, it responds to the books received and its employees participate in the committees formed in our college.
Main tasks:
1- Sending invitations to conferences, seminars, and departmental seminars to the university
2-Follow up the studies file inside Iraq
3- Collecting the activities of the scientific departments in the college annually and sending them to the university presidency
4 Obtaining letters of thanks from the university presidency for researchers who publish their research in reputable scientific journals.
5-Follow up on full-time teaching staff and write non-objection letters
6- Follow up on the affairs of scholarship students and those with academic leave outside Iraq
7- Follow up on delegations for teachers inside and outside Iraq
8-Issuing approvals for participation in conferences and seminars to participants from outside and within the college
