The College of Agriculture/Hawija at Kirkuk University organized a scientific symposium under the title “The mechanism of work of the Division of Assurance, Quality, and Performance Evaluation,” with the participation of the dean, employees, and students of the college.
The symposium included two topics, in which both parties focused on introducing performance evaluation and its objectives, the systems used in performance evaluation and the factors affecting them, the reasons for the failure of some evaluation systems, which relate to the problems of evaluation systems, those in charge of them, and the evaluated member, as well as clarifying the tasks assigned, positive work relationships, clarity and accuracy in directives, and developing the spirit of initiative. Among the employees and the mechanisms that should be adhered to in evaluating performance to ensure objectivity, fairness and transparency in the evaluation.
