The College of Agriculture/Hawija organizes a lecture on the provisions of recitation

The College of Agriculture/Hawija at Kirkuk University organized a lecture entitled “The Provisions of Recitation of the Noun Sakinah and the Stretched Tanween,” in the conference hall, in the presence of the college’s employees and students.

The lecture delivered by the teacher, Moatasem Khadr Khadr, included a focus on the advantages of the baddah hamza, as it is the combination of two hamzas, the first of which is vowelized and the second of which is static, in a word, with the second hamza being replaced by a madd letter that suits the vowel of the first hamza.
