The College of Agriculture/Hawija holds a cultural lecture on the state’s responsibility for the mistakes of its employees

The College of Agriculture/Hawija held a cultural lecture entitled “The state’s responsibility for the mistakes of its employees and the position of the Iraqi judiciary regarding them,” in the conference hall, in the presence of the college’s employees and students.

The lecture delivered by Ms. Nour Farhan Khadr explained the error attributed to the administration, as not every error made by a public employee is attributed to the administration. There are two types of error, both of which arise from the employee, but one of them is not attributed to management, rather its percentage is limited to the employee who issued it, and the other is attributed. The administration and the state are responsible for this.
